1.  A booking is not accepted until £100 booking fee per car is received and confirmed.  This booking fee is non - returnable. 

2.  Booking fees may be transferred if the date of the wedding is changed (subject to availability).  

3.  In the event of cancellation, this must be confirmed to us in writing. If your cancellation is received by us - 

•  Less than 8 weeks prior to your wedding date, the balance of your booking becomes payable in full.
•  Less than 12 weeks prior to your wedding date, 50% of the final balance becomes payable.
•  More than 12 weeks before your wedding date,  the £100 booking fee will be retained. 

4.  The remaining balance is to be paid in full 28 days prior to the wedding when arrangements can be checked and confirmed.  All accounts must be paid at this time.  Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking.

5.  If the booking is cancelled by Now and Forever Wedding Cars, all payments will be refunded to you in full.  This does not include any acts of God ie. snow, flood, etc. or delays due to unexpected traffic delays or road closures.

6.  Please inform us of all journeys required before the hire date.  Any extra journeys on the day of the wedding will be charged to you at a minimum rate of £25 per half hour inclusive.

7.  The price quoted is for a 3 hour hire unless otherwise discussed.  This time starts when our chauffeur departs from your first pick up address.

8.  We reserve the right to substitute an alternative vehicle if found necessary.  You will be contacted and informed of any changes.

9.  Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

10.  By paying a booking fee and submitting our booking form, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
