Q - How soon should we book our wedding cars before the wedding?
A - Most brides will book their wedding cars as soon as they have secured the church and/or wedding venue. Our wedding cars are booked up to 2 years in advance. We advise that if your heart is set on a particular wedding car book it as soon as you can.
Q - How many wedding cars do I need for my wedding?
A - If you need to transport other wedding attendants, ie, the grooms party, bridesmaids/pageboys, mother of the bride etc. we would recommend having two wedding cars. This allows for maximum flexibility and comfort for all your wedding party. All our wedding cars complement each other.
Q - What happens if we get a rainy wedding day?
A - Hopefully it will not rain but if it does, all our Beauford wedding cars have proper roofs that can be put up and down very quickly in changing weather. The wedding cars are also equipped with large white umbrellas. Your chauffeur will ensure all the bridal party are escorted door to door in the dry.
Q - How many trips can the wedding cars make to the church/wedding venue?
A- If the church is close enough, we can normally make up to 3 trips. This can include, the grooms men, bridesmaids, pageboys, mother of the bride and return for the bride and father of the bride. Normally the first drop off would be around 45 minutes before the wedding service.
Q - How long do we hire the wedding car for?
A -We quote for a 3 hour hire which can include up to 3 trips to the church/venue, waiting time during the service, journey to the reception and photography time as required.

Q - How many passengers will the wedding cars carry?
A -Our Beauford wedding cars will carry up to 4 people, the Daimler wedding cars will carry up to 7 people, the Jaguar wedding car will seat 4 in comfort and the Stretch limousine wedding cars are licensed for up to 8 passengers.
Q - What do we need to do to secure our wedding car booking?
A - Once you have your wedding date booked, please contact us to check availability on your preferred wedding cars. A £100.00 deposit per car will secure the wedding car booking. This can be paid by card over the phone or by cash or cheque. We will either email a booking form to you or post one out for your completion and return. A confirmation will sent once deposit and booking form are received.
Q - What happens if our wedding car breaks down or gets a puncture?
A -All our wedding cars are maintained regardless of cost lessening the chance of any breakdown occurring. However in the unlikely event of a breakdown or puncture, your chauffeur is trained to ensure that your journey will continue as smoothly as possible.
