Wedding Cars Cheshire - Q & A's for your dream wedding car!

Q - How soon should we book our wedding cars in Cheshire before the wedding? A - Many couples will book their wedding cars as soon as the church and/or wedding venue in Cheshire has been secured. Our wedding cars are booked up to two years in advance. We recommend that if your heart is set on a particular wedding car, book it as soon as you can. When they're gone, they're gone!
Q - How many wedding cars will I need for my wedding day? A - If you need to transport other wedding attendants, ie. the groomsmen, bridesmaids/page boys, mother of the bride etc, we would recommend having two matching wedding cars. This allows for maximum flexibility and comfort for all your wedding party. It also will allow one wedding car, maybe a Daimler State Limousine to do all the running about while the bridal car waits ready for the bride.
Q - What happens if we get a rainy wedding day? A - Hopefully the sun will shining on your wedding day but if it does rain, all our Beauford wedding cars are fully convertible and have proper roofs that can be put up and down very easily allowing for wonderful photos in and around the car. All the wedding cars have at least two white umbrellas that we have had made extra wide for two people. Perfect for the newly weds! Your chauffeur will make sure all the wedding party are escorted to the door in the dry.
Q - My wedding is taking place all at one venue, do I need a wedding car? A - If your wedding is all in one wedding venue, a wedding car can still be used to transport the wedding party there in style. While the wedding ceremony is taking place, the wedding car will be set up for the all important wedding photos. After this, your chauffeur will open a bottle of chilled bubbly then whisk you off for a short drive so you can enjoy the first few minutes of married life alone together. Trust me, this is a wonderful time for you both as newly weds and may be the only chance you get to have a few minutes alone together.
Q - How many trips can the wedding cars make to the church or wedding venue? A - If the church or wedding venue is close enough to the pick up address, we can make 2 to 3 trips. This can include, the groomsmen, bridesmaids, page boys and mother of the bride. The wedding car will then pickup the bride and her father. Please remember, if you are using one wedding car, any delays in the wedding party setting off could result in the bride arriving late.
Q - How long do we have the wedding car for? A - Every wedding is different, we quote you for all the journeys you need and include photo time with the wedding cars. Please let us know your exact requirements and we will quote accordingly.

Q - What do we need to do to secure a wedding car booking? A - Once you have your wedding date booked, please contact us to check availability for your prefered wedding car. A booking fee of £100 will secure your wedding car booking. This can be paid over the phone by debit or credit card, cheque, cash or bank transfer. We will then either email or post a booking form to you. Once the completed booking form is received back, we will send confirmation to you in the post.
Q - What happens if our wedding car breaks down or gets a puncture? A - All our wedding cars are maintained regardless of cost lessening the chances of any breakdown occurring. However in the unlikely event of a breakdown, your chauffeur is trained to make sure that your journey will continue as smoothly as possible.
Q - Can we view the wedding cars? A - You are more than welcome to come and view our beautiful wedding cars. We would love to meet you and discuss your wedding plans futher.
